It’s not good enough.

It won’t reverse the exodus of 🇬🇧doctors.

Where is the ambition? Where is the imagination? Where is the meaningful funding?

This is the barest of minimum standards and will not encourage internationally competitive, highly intelligent workers to stay.

Our NHS is in crisis and staff are burnt out.

It comes as no surprise that 6.4 million mental health sick days were taken by staff last year.

Shamefully, the Government refused to extend funding for mental health support for NHS workers yesterday.
