A stressful morning at work led me to get out for a run at lunchtime. Iβm so lucky this is seconds from my door.
25 minutes later (plus a shower) & I was ready to be module lead on our post graduate course in reducing restrictive interventions.

Today I started with a 10k run that was harder than it should have been, then out for an afternoon walk with my partner in crime.

Asda for a click and collect, some lunch then home.
9 miles or 21,000 steps and almost a danger nap at 5pm π± I managed to divert to practicing words π

Signing off on an awful week that saw me lose a very dear friend.
People that know me will not be surprised that I almost doubled my exercise on the week before.
Exercise is an important wellness tool for me & I use it well
