With spring migration in full swing the bird ringing team will be in the Conservation Centre on a regular basis for the next couple of months. If you see any of the guys around please feel free to pop in and say hello 🐦🐦🐦

Excitement is in the air! Why, you may ask? Because nestbox season is nearly here!!! Our Rangers monitor hundreds of boxes across the portfolio, and all data collected is sent in to the BTO as part of the Nest Monitoring Scheme. I wonder what they find this year 🤔

At this time of year there are lots of bugs starting to appear, including Ladybirds, and there aren't many prettier than the Orange Ladybird! See if you can spot any (pun very much intended) when you are out and about.
