I have no idea how easy to manipulate this fabric is, but could it be possible to make hoods, or ear muffler bands out of it to reduce noise on top of ear plugs when pwME have to go places like a hospital or something?

Even cotton hoodies can reduce noise reaching the ears.

Any advice for noise at the ER? I have silicone ear plugs but no big ear muffs. Noise will send me into seizures.

We actually need hospital at home for people with severe ME who can't travel #MEdebate
