So very well said, David.Without my advocacy, my own mother would have died years earlier. During Covid, her 'care' homes neglected her, over medicated her & weakened her to the point of death. In hospital, they put her on end-of-life.I got her home & she lived another 14 months

James Titcombe I went to one Patient Safety awards ceremony in Park Lane Hilton. It was disgustingly lavish. I stopped putting in for awards. Patient Safety should just be Doing the Job well and the reward should be seeing patients treated well.
