It is amazing that the courts are allowed to function this way! Hannah Summers continues to show us how dysfunctional family court is and begs to ask how have they gotten away with this for so long? Unregulated and systematic betrayal as abuse is dismissed and DARVOed!

Protective parents often play a critical role in the healing of children from the harm they have experienced at the hands of the perpetrator of domestic violence. When this happens it is trauma-informed parenting, support and nurturance, not alienation.

It’s not a coincidence that many abusers are able to escape responsibility and accountability while their victims are often ostracized and further harmed. We see it time and time again. It takes a village.
