The police *protected* the nazis, ensuring they were safe and could speak.

The justification is “we hate trans people, think they’re inherently biased, and therefore refuse to have any trans commissioner.”

They’re neither a good faith nor an independent institution. They’re just an instrument of Conservative policy.

The EHRC has spent several years focusing on attempts to take trans people’s human rights away.

Trans people have been its core focus for a long time.

Yet it has NEVER had a trans commissioner.

How can EHRCChair possibly justify this?

Let's be clear -while Cass refutes that summary of the Cass review out of one mouth, she says different out of another.

Cass holds some of the blame here for the right wing press reporting this way.
