Development Bank of Ethiopia is unequivocally favoring z Amhara. Out of 47.7 billion loan approved b/n July 22-June 23, >53% went to Amhara. Tigray &Afar combined couldn’t make it even to 1%. Oromia got only 17.6%. This is far beyond eroding a public trust. Tigray is under siege.
