Horrifying. In Gaza, one child is killed or injured every ten minutes.
 
Each one is a life and a light extinguished or changed forever.
 
Children need this nightmare to end.

In the State of Palestine, I met children near Ramallah who face violence, barriers & checkpoints daily.

I heard heartbreaking accounts of children being detained, and war in Gaza separating mothers from their babies.

All violence against children must stop now.

In Israel this week, I had a heartbreaking meeting with families of hostages held in Gaza, including the two remaining Israeli children, Ariel and Kfir.

These children and families must not be forgotten.

In the West Bank, inc East Jerusalem, I met with children who told me that fear & violence permeate their lives.

And I met baby triplets, Noor, Najwa and Nejma, just eight months old but separated from their mom because of the war in Gaza.

The suffering of children must end.

I'm very concerned about the spike in violence in the West Bank.
 
An Israeli child was found killed after going missing yesterday.
 
So far this year, 35 Palestinian & 2 Israeli children have been killed in the West Bank.
 
All forms of violence against children must stop now.
