unfortunately they were right. eating 3 meals a day and exercising and not drinking alcohol and getting 8 hours of sleep does make you feel good

This Morning The pharmacist at my chemist is rushed off his feet filling prescriptions. Won't have time to discuss people's ailments. The queue of unhappy waiting for their prescriptions would be out of the door. There are always people waiting now. More walk in centres would be useful.

Exactly! I work as a Dispenser we've had an massive increase in patients (thats not because any in the local area are closing) and that means more prescriptions to be done and managing the time to do that! I feel so sorry for our pharmacist but they carry on and come in everyday

My boyfriend and I are happily living together and both in our 30s. Our parents keep asking us when we'll tie the knot but there's one problem…We spontaneously married in Gretna Greene when we were on holiday there when we were 19. We're running out of excuses.
