A massive shout out 2 Tesco 4 their excellent customer service this morning.Being in the Very High Risk category is hard as you're so reliant on others 2 get U food/supplies, but thank you 4 making one thing so easy & stress free. A very grateful #transplant recipient.Thank you

For those in total isolation, my Top Tip of the day: If you sort & reorganise your food cupboards, it almost feels like you're at the supermarket. 'Yes Jess, I really fancy that tinned mackerel you forgot you had'. Thank you Barnet Council for my food boxes. SO appreciative.

Yesterday I saw my Doc in the morning & my PT in the afternoon. The Doc said, 'you were nearly too ill 2 have your #transplant. The PT said, 'you've got mad fitness'. Amazing what a new #pancreas & #kidney & #organdonation can do. Its done so much, it deserves a tweet. Live Life Give Life
