There's this idea that really amazing food has to look fancy. Not true. This is French lamb and bean stew, made in my tagine. It relies on great stock, great seasoning, and if you can get your hands on it, fresh ingredients. Not pretty, not perfect, honestly delicious.

1, So Meta This morning my account was hacked - they also hit my email account and managed to get around double opt in. Since then I've secured everything but despite repeated attempts I cannot get back in - most likely suspended.

2. Meta In one way that's great, they can't do any more harm, however firstly all my business runs through it. Secondly, and far worse.  The profile picture is me and my two sisters.  The shorter one on the right died four weeks ago - her funeral is friday.  She was 35.

3. Meta All my memories, photos of her and history will also go if I let this go. Right now that feels like too much. I even tried using an alternate email, got to the page where you ask for id - clicked the link and it was broken.

4. Meta I just care about the memories. Please can someone help at least lock it down so they can't remove anything irretrievable. Elon Musk I do hope x has better support when stuff goes wrong because 2 days before your sister's funeral is not the time for facebooks rubbish.
