Positive post one week after surgery. Fab day out in Scarborough celebrating a friend’s birthday. We wore tiaras, paddled, built a sancastle village, had fish and chips and walked over 11k steps. On the train home now and planning for an easy day tomorrow . My Living Well
A good day - hospital check up. Good news no chemo/further surgery needed. Will have radiotherapy and medication. Very good prognosis. Massive thanks to friends who have supported me without fuss! A huge thank you also to Rick Linforth and team. Onward and upward! @Mel_Pickup

Exactly 13 years ago I conducted my first Humanist funeral. Since then I’ve conducted so many more - for babies who don’t make it into our world though to a feisty 104 year old. Every one a total privilege. Humanist Ceremonies HumanistFunerals
12 weeks after surgery Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS FT I’m back at the gym and feeling energised. Alex and Paul Paul Wilkinson laid down the red mat for me and took me through a good ‘easing back in’ session. I’m so happy I’m getting my life back. Huge thanks to Rick Linforth and team. I’m a very happy woman. 6 mnths after lumpectomy I saw the surgeon today and no further treatment needed, just another check up in a year and then mammograms and meds. Just want to say a big thank you to the lovely #radiotherapy team Leeds Teaching Hospitals who completed my treatment
Asking on behalf of a friend who doesn’t use social media. She’s having a house built and the order to connect the electricity was placed in April. Still not connected despite 2 installation dates given for July. Come on Northern Powergrid - not good enough!
