We are grateful to Welsh Parliament Cwnsler Cyffredinol | Counsel General for recognizing the 1932–1933 Holodomor in Ukraine as genocide committed against Ukrainians. It’s a significant milestone in restoring historical justice and raising awareness about the millions of innocent victims!

The memory and legacy of Gareth Jones also deserves a wider recognition by the international community.

This courageous Welsh journalist, despite warnings from the Soviet authorities to remain silent, broke the news of the Holodomor in the Western media in 1933 upon witnessing the Stalinist regime's atrocities against Ukrainians. #HolodomorIsGenocide
