My entry for Week2 of the #maskedgriller competition. (Italian) Slow smoked beef pappardelle, it was prepared using beef Chuck from The butchers at Coleman’s, various oils from #RapeseedOil🐝🌾🚜 and Burren Balsamics. Smoked in my Lodge Cast Iron using my Traeger Grills Ironwood 650.

Lovely ribeye steak from The Butchers at Coleman’s. Cooked on my Traeger Grills UK Ranger. I love the crust!! The MEATER Meater+ made it so easy, cooked to 52C and rested to 55C. #steak #traegerhood

This was one of my favourite cooks. I wanted to take the bacon weave to the next level. I got my full pork belly @thebutchersatcolemans. 5 strand bacon braid ( better than a weave) Each strand to correspond with one specific taste bud. I wanted to do something a little different
