These RCSD Sargeant 3rd graders were SO into Pillage and Profit by MathPickle last week. They didn’t even know they were practicing three variable algebra! The room was full of math reasoning and strategy-talk.. some of my favorite sounds! 🗣️😍 martha vandivier

We began today with that smiling left student starting “C Chaos”. He was the only person defending a choice in our fraction debate and managed to convince EVERYONE with his sound math logic. Then everyone shined with our “What is the question?”✨ I 💙 RCSD Sargeant 3rd graders!

Wow!!!! Can't wait for families to see our musical, Press Start! The kids were fantastic. Thank you to the team of teachers who put in so much work to make this happen!
