Last night was the 3rd running of Telford AC's Ellerdine Effort 5k on a fast, rural course. Luke Butler finished 13th in 16.48 (2 seconds outside his PB set last week) while stewart farley got closer to sub 18 mins taking 4 seconds off his PB to finish in 18.03 and 25th place.
