I've found two common reader misconceptions I want to clarify:

1 - The water TX wants MX to release isn't in Reynosa, or just across the border, it's 450 miles away in La Boquilla, Chihuahua.

2 - Rainfall in the Valley doesn't matter. You need rainfall above the reservoirs.
