22 years ago, the US was attacked in an act of terror. My brother Dr. Michael Guttenberg was amongst the initial group of doctors to set up the triage and in the WTC when it collapsed. He died of cancer in 2017 as a result. My brother was a true hero and I miss him every day.

Triage stations were set up by firefighters outside of the train to treat passengers who may be injured. The bus did not have passengers, only the driver.

Intern dismissed me; resident un-fast tracked me

Attending came in and said “have you ever heard of something called serotonin syndrome?”
