Legananny Dolmen is a megalithic dolmen 9 miles southeast of Banbridge in County Down, Northern Ireland.
This tripod dolmen has a capstone over 3m long and 1.8m from the ground. It dates to the Neolithic period. #Archaeology

Ballyalton Court Tomb in Co.Down...located in a thicket this would be an impressive site if cleared of vegetation..big stones, most completely obscured by the tangle of bush & scrub. Finds included flint arrowheads, knives & axes, pottery & human bones
