Rare case of intramedullary spinal Neurosarcoidosis in this 60 y/o M
Intramedullary spinal tumors Ddx:
1️⃣Ependymoma
2️⃣Astrocytoma (especially in kids)
3️⃣hemangioblastoma (especially in VHL)
4️⃣Mets are rare though lung is most common in setting of widespread disease
