✅ PASSED COMMITTEE: AB 3177. This bill ends road widening mandates, which make builders of new homes spend 💰 — and give up land needed for 🏡 — to add lanes to streets. Kudos to Wendy Carrillo for championing this effort to make housing cheaper, faster & more plentiful.
