More than 100 civil society organizations, informal and activist groups, and political parties have sent a letter to European institutions, calling on them to respond to the political persecution and detention of Novi Sad activists.

The Regime in Serbia is persecuting the citizens of Novi Sad who started the protest movement demanding responsibility and justice for the 16 victims killed in the train station collapse which was caused by corruption. Six citizens are in prison and another six under warrant.
