Sex on the Western Front. #WW1 #FWW Bruce Cherry answers the kind of questions from Kayla Kensington that are rarely asked. It would set alarm bells going on Twitter were these words used here. It’s an intriguing podcast, transcribed in full to follow here > bit.ly/3ckuAOF

Remembering the men of the 2nd Royal Munster Fusiliers who fell when the battalion was destroyed at Etreux 27 August 1914 - 106 years ago today. I consider the small, distinctive cemetery at Etreux to be one of the most moving on the Western Front. #History #WW1 The Irish at War

I first encountered #Birr Military Cemetery in 2008, since then I've wanted to tell it's story and the story of all the people buried there (nearly 300). 12 years later I've done what I set out to do and have a cover for my book! Should be ready to go to print in a week or two!
