Thanks to London Fire Brigade for helping us with someone stuck in a lift - after the hopeless freeholder and management company had cancelled the contract with the engineers you ring if you get stuck. The lift apparently breaks all the time. Such bad practice - will be taking further.

The horror 7 years ago still lives with so many of us, and those directly affected will be finding today so hard. Everything failed them, especially a failure to listen and empower residents, and to live up to any public service ethos. I hope now justice for Grenfell is coming.💚
