Called by Contact Test & Trace. After being asked about symptoms & isolation, he spoke over me every time I spoke. Advised me to call 119 to get isolation date adjusted. 119's reply: 'They couldn't wait to get rid of you so palmed you off on to us'. Unprofessional start to finish
