This Robust Tabby (Pandesma robusta) trapped today at Jew’s Gate, #Gibraltar is slighty fresher than Portland Bird Observatory from October 22 GONHS Gibraltar



This Alpine Swift was brought into #jewsgatefieldcentre this morning. Much larger than expected with needle like claws. Quickly ringed by us and released by the guys at the raptor rehabilitation unit GONHS Gibraltar




Another spring complete, three superb months at the #jewsgatefieldcentre #Gibraltar. Highlights were ringing Alpine Swift, Booted Eagle, Black-eared Wheatear and two African Chaffinches Ty all GONHS Gibraltar


News today of a Starling, first ringed in a Blaenpennal garden in Ceredigion, Wales on the 29th Dec 2020 and retrapped 1177 days later and 1688kn to the east on 20th March 2024 in Silutes, Lithuania Wendy James
