Delighted to have confirmation from our Wildlife Warden and GONHS Gibraltar that jackdaws have nested again in #Gibraltar for the first time since 1966. That plus the Ravens fledging one young again (1st time since 70s was last year) makes it the best Corvid year for decades!

Today is World Oceans Day. Take a deep breath and join me underwater for a moment, surrounded by beautiful coral and fish. And then ask yourself the most important question of all...

Great article. Thanks to the GONHS Gibraltar Raptor Unit for all their work. A tremendous example of cooperation between an NGO, Nature Reserve, and a Govt Dept in nature conservation that others could follow.

Gib Nature ReserveThinking Green GIGONHS Gibraltar what a fantastic asset Tovey Cottage is. What great guys, Reuben and Vincent are. Inspirational to the the young generations. (Also how cute are those Barbary Partridge chicks?)
