The Effortless Power System - HR dead centre (1/2/2019)! #hitters, either you’re with the ball or you’re in your head. If you direct your attention 100% to the ball and tracking it you won’t be in your head! You track the ball...let your body do the hitting...trust your intuition

Julian is a pro getting ready for Japan in 2 weeks. He is practicing getting the right visual & mental focus. You can clearly see how much a correction in his mental focus.can affect his results. The mind determines the focus and motion - the motion determines the result! #MLB

Glute-ham raise w/banded reach to train scapular upward rotation while working posterior chain. Serratus anterior works like an “anti-lat,” so this setup keeps athletes honest: can’t cheat concentric by moving through lumbar extension instead of hip extension. Noah Syndergaard

Marcus and I working with Pro - Malik Collymore prepping for this spring. The secrets to improved #hitting are hidden in plain sight. 100% focus on the ball instead of being in your head, slow your breathing, read the spin, track it with your nose & chin. Trust your instincts.

Why don’t we hit as well as we know we can? Do you ‘look at’ the ball or ‘see it’? There is such a difference between looking and seeing! When you are in your head you just don’t see it! Try directing your attention to see the spin or the path the ball travels thru space to you.
