Interesting analysis re class Ic use in AF + stable CAD. Lower AE in non-recast stable CAD with Ic (vs III) Trend to lower with Ic and revasc CAD. Note - EAST/EARLY-AF used Ic as dominant AAD, vs AFFIRM/AF-CHF which used III as dominant AAD. Maybe it’s III that are harmful?
