Finally reached the end point! Defended my PhD last Friday. A research focusing on Junior Public Hospital Doctors’ Retention in Ireland. It has been a tough journey, but I am glad it was filled with significant learning and growth :) Beyond grateful.

Deeply grateful for both my supervisors Prof Anthony McDonnell and Prof Matthias Beck for their unwavering guidance and support. Thank you for being great mentors and a constant source of encouragement all these years. This achievement isn't possible without you both!
