Very positive news❗️❕❗️

There were 3,699 homes started in February 2024, an increase of 85% on the same time last year when 1,997 homes were commenced.

This is the highest number of homes commenced in any February since records began in 2015.

Momentum is definitely growing.

My focus is on the bread and butter issues such as housing, health, education and the economy.

This is what matters to people, not endlessly speculating about elections.

We still have work to do.

Building commenced on 3700 new homes in February this year. An 85% increase on the same time last year. The highest number of new home commencements in any February since records began.

Under our Housing for All Plan more homes are being built and bought than in a generation.
