Good to see the NCHD taskforce report (bit.ly/3Szf3ku) launched today by Department of Health Stephen Donnelly. Great to see a policy focus on NCHD well-being and work-life balance. Hopefully it'll result in improved NCHD working conditions and #DrRetention
