My inbox is jammed full of disabled folk, many from the mental health community, terrified and thrown into increased despair and worthlessness due to Labour’s refusal to front-end validation and basic human rights. This is not what positive change looks like Keir Starmer.

After 14 years in opposition, Labour have ‘come up’ with a new, unnecessary benefits snooping law—like the Tories suggested in 2016 and 2023—and an expanded back-to-work programme, which the Tories proposed in 2023. Both are dangerous. Is this the fresh start the country needs?

Under this Labour government we are seeing effectively a hormone therapy ban for trans people, a permanent puberty blocker ban for young trans people, and the implementation of the anti-trans (and widely discredited) Cass Review. Labour are institutionally transphobic.

In countries where Self ID laws akin to those being introduced in Germany are already in place, there is no evidence to suggest that women and girls have experienced a loss of rights or that there has been a rise in abuse cases.

Opposing transgender rights, identifying as gender critical, or labeling oneself as a TERF is fundamentally rooted in a lack of scientific understanding, disconnected from reality, and lacking factual support.
