How does allowing the construction of 4,000 sq ft homes on Provincially significant wetlands addressing our housing affordability challenge? (It will make developers who now own such land incredibly wealthy. Perhaps that’s the point)

Gil Penalosa had the right approach to housing: mid rise intensification as of right on rapid transit lines. That can be done now by the City of Toronto without new provincial legislation, mayoral vetoes, etc.
