Check out my "ground-breaking" PhD research that was recently published in the BMJ_Open 👀So happy to finally release the validation results of the SPUR model in patients living with Type 2 Diabetes. The study was conducted as a cross-sectional analysis of patients recruited 1/n

from community pharmacy and hospital settings (a big thank you to Raju Aldryn Estacio Pharmacy, Reena Barai SGBaraiPharmacy, and @KingstonHospNHS) with a total of 378 participants. In summary, SPUR™ identifies differences in medication adherence across patients groups, including 2/n

when defined by socio-clinical cohort data, such as BMI, age, and income. Furthermore, SPUR™ can reliably and holistically determine the drivers of adherence risk for individual patients. This research was the result of significant hard work and 3/n
