Today in Nyagatare District , we successfully concluded a 4-day campaign on condom use. we commemorated #InternationalCondomDay in Karangazi sector, an event that brought together the Vice Mayor of Social Affairs and a representative from the RBC. #JustUseIt

Today was an exciting day as we resumed our annual partner review meeting with the health-supported facilities of Huye District and Nyanza District . During the meeting, we discussed ways to improve our services and strategies for 2025.

This year, we mark 31st Commemoration of 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. The management and staff of AHF Rwanda stands in solidarity with the Nation & Survivors during this solemn period, in honouring the innocent lives lost. #Kwibuka31

therefore , 5 students peer leaders as members of school health clubs and one teacher in charge of clubs, they have been skilled on GBV response prevention and HIV prevention , and they were also trained on peer education approach to adopt positive behavior.

What's inspiring? The students of GS kora catholic in Nyabihu District showcased their creativity and passion this Friday during our teenage pregnancy prevention campaign, proudly performing poems on HIV and GBV prevention and their commitment to combatting this issue!

Today at GS Kagugu in Gasabo District , AHF Rwanda, in partnership with Ministry of Gender & Family Promotion | Rwanda , continued its Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Campaign. Students participated in interactive sessions focused on HIV prevention, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) response, and peer education.

As we are waiting to celebrate upcoming Menstrual Hygiene Day, the school Health Club of GS Kicukiro jointly with Girls Act Program, visited the Kigali Menstruation Station and students club members were skilled on menstrual health management.

As part of the ongoing awareness campaign, students from GS Kinyinya School have been connected to the Youth Corner at Kinyinya Health Center.

Our conference continue with speech of Dr Salome TUYISENGE from AHF Rwanda who highlights the link between HIV & teen pregnancy, urging access to SRH services without judgment. She emphasized also on youth-friendly spaces, shared insights from a northern survey. #MEDSARDay25
