|| To give a brief intro, Munakata Reisi is from K Project but I have been rping this babe for YEARS and have literally molded her into my own thing at this point and basically long story short, she’s an Ice Queen and Captain of Scepter 4 (I’m surprised I remember this) which is—

— basically a police station for people with powers. For the ice queen part, that’s a given her ‘power’ is ice, she’s frozen to the touch like you literally can’t touch her or she’ll freeze you and everything around her is constantly cold and a given she HATES the heat so yep!
