Goodness me, no wonder local authority officials and councillors are held in such contempt. Watching Clarkson’s Farm makes me weep at the kind of people paid, or elected, to represent us, none more so than West Oxfordshire District Council. Pettyness and unhelpfulness at its very best

If we're allowing Government to take these decisions in order to 'improve' the health of the nation, why not ban alcohol in pubs too? Will we soon see pork scratchings be smuggled around on the black market? Let's show some sense and let's treat people like adults.
