He was jailed for 5 years on 19 Apr.

Over 25% of 999 calls do not have a policing purpose with abusive callers costing the Met over £2million, as well as preventing real emergencies from being answered.

This caller put a massive drain on our resources and her vile and racist behaviour was not tolerated.
