I'm sick of people trashing England when they've clearly benefited from the opportunities it has given them

If England is so vile, why don't they move elsewhere?
We know the answer: because only a few other nations would both tolerate their loathsome drivel and provide them with

Yet again, another asylum seeker has murdered a British citizen.

The Home Office's gross negligence has had tragic consequences.

Having had multiple rejections in Europe, Alid spent nearly four years in Britain waiting for his asylum claim to be processed. He should have been

Lab also sharpening its messaging. If Reform doesn't up its game too then it is in danger of becoming campaign roadkill.

Pleased to join Allison Pearson and Liam Halligan this week on .

We need to leave the ECHR. And we need to do it now, before we run out of time.

That’s how we stop the boats.

Through gritted teeth I must admit this is a brilliant social media video from Sunak.
Starting last Fri on sick note culture, through the Rwanda stuff, then defence spending commitment, one must also concede that he's actually had a good week.

Harrison Pitt: 'If the mass importation into Britain of untold millions from wildly different cultures means that we, the host population, must compromise on our national identity and settled habits, that only bolsters our right to reject multiculturalism and the diversity that

Remainer elites were constantly running scare stories about Brexit supposedly being a threat to the economically crucial car industry. Now Net Zero policies are revealed as the real threat, not a peep!

To the Reform supporters annoyed with me for this tweet, let me be clear: I want you to do really well.
But I also know this: If you are a new insurgent party going into a nationwide election and you aren't firing on all cylinders then you will get squeezed during the campaign.

Reform's polling surge has stopped. It's hit a plateau - even marginally gone backwards - so far this month. Maybe Blackpool South will change that. But if it doesn't then the idea of a new force storming into contention is going to take a big knock.

It's an inappropriate selection, full stop. No doubt designed to lever in ID politics to what should be a non-political festival of classical music.

I like Susan Hall and very much hope she beats Sadiq Khan. If the voting system had stayed the same I'd be voting for Amy Gallagher (SDP) first then happily transfer my vote to Hall.
But the Tories changed it to crush smaller parties and I can't reward that. I will vote Gallagher

My point here is to highlight that France is acting in bad faith and we should not be sending it money. But I don't think it is the duty of France to stop the boats for us. This is a core UK responsibility and we need our own effective end-to-end deterrent.

According to Katy Balls new column in the Spectator, at the Cabinet Kemi Badenoch bollocked Michael Gove in front of his colleagues for taking a flippant attitude about the need to stop the boats. Oh to have been a fly on the wall.

The key political belief of Frank Field, which I fully agreed with and still do, was about the contributory principle in welfare. Alas, Govts of all shades have ignored it, opening up NI funds to all-comers on the basis of assessed 'need', creating a free-rider gold mine.

She's right about this, but one's confidence in Ms Cooper being able to sort any of it out is less than zero.
Becoming Home Secretary 'shouldn't happen to Yvette' (geddit?)

O'Flynn: 'France could stop all the boats – and rid its coastal communities of the scourge of ramshackle migrant camps too – with almost zero cost or administrative burden by implementing one simple measure.

All it would have to do is issue a statement saying it would accept
