We don’t choose our beliefs. They choose us. Our beliefs are formed from evidence that we experience and the meaning we give to them. We change and create new beliefs by doing things we have not attempted before. Ultimately escaping our comfort zone.

Easy way to break bad habits understand the habit loop(cycle); trigger > response > reward Every habit follows this cycle. interrupting the cycle is the key 1. Throw away the cigarettes (trigger) 2. Go for a run rather than smoking (response) 3. eat instead of smoking (reward)
