Stratford Jr. Niamh Collins had a huge PR of 5:07.43 tonight in the 1600m run in the elite heat at the TX Distance Festival in Southlake. Nice addition to her recent PR of 2:13.15 in the 800m run (currently #6 in all of Texas). Way to go Niamh!! Stratford High School Athletics niamh collins

Junior Niamh Collins niamh collins had TWO winning races at the Cy Springs Invitational today. She took gold in both the 800m and the 1600m. Fellow junior Allie Weinhardt Allie Weinhardt was 3rd in the 1600m and 5th in the 800m. 👏👏

Niamh Collins won the 800m at the Victor Lopez Classic at Rice Univ. in 2:11.21 (#9 in U.S). She broke her Mom’s SHS SCHOOL RECORD of 2:13 that had stood since 1994. She did it on her future college home track and her Mom’s alma mater and former track. What a story! niamh collins
