The workforce is essential to our NHS and the recovery plan doesn’t involve how we are going to get the staff we need to be deliver that plan. Stop divide and rule by saying it’s over managed/ administrated. If you are going to accelerate recruitment more support staff are needed

The approach that front line managers have direct control over staffing, budgets, recruiting comes from the idea that they know best; however, they trained to be front line professionals and so they need adequate support by those that trained to be accountants, operational (1/2)

The basics of rewards and benefits is to take the question of income and being able to cover essentials off the table so that people can just focus on their day to day job and become the best in that position
