ื“ื ื™ืืœ - Daniel Isabel Oakeshott What a load of dog whistling bollox. Unusual demands? Like adapting the controls because they don't have the use of their legs? You think 50% of motability customers are bogus? Having that attitude regarding disabilities, I'm not surprised they wouldn't let you be accredited.

Giannino Isabel Oakeshott You should report them if you know 100% they are using them fraudulently..Just google report Motability misuse and you can do it..Youโ€™re right..It is a piss take if you are not genuinely in need

Joe C ๐ŸŽ—King of Crows ๐ŸŽ— Politics UK All that is my daughter who has learning disabilities.Yet I never got motability for her till she went blind and has always had mobility problems As a parent and I see ignorant politicians targetting people like my daughter .I will always protect my child that's what parents do.

Politics UK This is a lie Not everyone who's on disability allowance will get motability. Do you want to strip independence from those in wheelchairs like children and adults. How about those who are not independent and are blind. Those who need to be cared for the rest of there lives.

Anon Adam Fare ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’œ The taxpayers also have to pay part of the wages, for employees of multi-billion corporations like Amazon. Therefore, if you are worried about taxpayers paying for something unjust, then start there. And for the record, motability contributes more than its fair share of taxes.

Wait till this daft cunt finds out motability is a private scheme that made ยฃ750 million profit in 2023 from revenue of ยฃ5.5 billion. Founded by two Jewish Tories and owned by the banks. Itโ€™s a fucking Ponzi scheme.

Isabel Oakeshott 16.1m people are registered as disabled in the UK. 15.3m don't have a tax payer funded vehicle. 815,000 (5%) currently have motability.. No doubt there'll be some who take advantage of the scheme but surely the majority of users will genuinely need the it?

I know of two Motability scheme recipients who are not seriously disabled, who have recently gained free cars, with insurance and road tax paid as well.

Isabel Oakeshott Motability - a very obvious issue but thereโ€™s no political motivation/bravery to resolve it. An MP who dared to even mention it would be mercilessly pilloried. However, if they means-test winter fuel payments, for the sake of consistency, they should do so for all benefits.

Steve (@2605stevep) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Isabel Oakeshott You've just totally obliterated any respect that I was harbouring for your views on ANYTHING. My late partner was diabetic (excellent control) suffered with arthritis in every joint, without motability would have had difficulty leading any form of meaningful life or employment
