Vrbo My wife has been calling every three or four days since the 23rd of last month trying to get resolution. Last time, her photos and case numbers were presented to legal and they told the rep she was speaking with to process the refund. It was supposed to happen by today. NOTHING.

Vrbo No. We’ve been over and over and over this on the phone already with your foreign-land call-center staff. Now, my only desire is to have as many people as possible know how difficult it is to get resolution to a straight-forward situation when they rent via your company.
