But! I need to exercise, for so many reasons, mental health, physical health, etc. And OTF does make me work out. I honestly don’t know what a different option would be that would involve strength training and getting my heart rate up.

I don’t know if my body is just too old now, or if I lost the AADHD hyperfocus for it, or what but I’m just meh. Running on the treadmill hurts my shins and power walking cramps up my calves and I just don’t feel it.
