Got my hair cut tonight. About half way through I mentioned that I was tired and my hairdresser enthusiastically agreed that yes, I do look tired. She then made several sincere comments about how tired I look and how she could tell I was tired and that I should get some rest 😬

Maybe not the biggest life hack, but I've switched from having daily todo list in work to having a weekly one and it's really helped me to focus and prioritise during the week
