I just published a Fastify plugin to render Svelte CSR or SSR with/without hydration. It's not feature complete but does work quite well already. Feel free to give it a try or send feedback. github.com/matths/fastify… #svelte #fastify #SSR #template

Internet access to websites that use Cloudflare is so slow in the evenings. Is it true that this only affects Deutsche Telekom customers? Have you noticed this too? And above all, what can be done about it? Using a VPN to bypass the problem can't be the solution.

"Software Engineering Will Be Automatable in 12 Months," Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei predicts that AI models will be able to do 'most, maybe all' of what software engineers do end-to-end within 6 to 12 months, shifting engineers to editors.

my WorkAdventure ☕️ google chrome app did not load today. If this happens to you as well, you need to flush/reset the Chrome DNS Cache or use another browser. ;) #TIL #DNS #Cache

The game is changing. It's always been changing. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. But however the new board is set, you'll win nothing by turning bitter about whatever old advantages you've lost.

Maybe it's just not the right time to start using Drizzle ORM ; current/legacy version has its issues, beta version has its issues; not getting anything done this way. ;(

Rich and I just worked a combined 3 hours on a tricky bug. AI quickly found out where it breaks and proposed a fix. But it was the wrong fix - we took the time to find out what was the underlying reason and fixed that instead. Always think through what AI proposes to you.

every skeleton screen you've ever hand-coded is a waste of time you're literally measuring padding and guessing widths to build a worse version of a layout that already exists in your DOM so I made a package that just reads the real one

Made a lot more progress this weekend. It feels like a real app now: settings are broken up into multiple panels, there are lots more keyboard shortcuts, and you can select paths by clicking on them. It also allows overlapping paths at varying heights.

I feel a bit like I’m 5 to 10 years late to the party, but I’m currently really impressed by this library by Kurt Hutton (Kurt 🍩), which just can #RoundAnything, mainly polygon with #OpenSCAD though. ;) github.com/Irev-Dev/Round…
