Most of these are only 'tanks' mandated to 'think' what they are being paid for. As per the new practice a well oiled govt sponsored think tank sets the "national" agenda and all other 'tanks' join the bandwagon. No independent thinking and hence no different or new outcome!

Michael has been a source of inspiration and guidance for successive generations of researchers and academics. He selflessly mentored younger scholars from several countries. He encouraged genuine research and graciously welcomed conflicting opinions. Very sad indeed.
